ABOUT DAVID SIMPSON
David has been in the real estate business for over 5 years and is a full time, full service top producing agent with RE/MAX Associates in Fayetteville Arkansas. He lists and sells all types of real estate in the Northwest Arkansas area and is also a CDPE® - Certified Distressed Property Expert helping homeowners facing a financial hardship. He went through extensive training to achieve this designation and has helped many homeowners over the last year in short selling their homes and avoiding the devastating affects of foreclosure.
David is a Vietnam Combat Veteran and served in the US Army with a one year tour of duty with the 173rd Airborne in Vietnam in 1969-1970. Shortly after returning home he met his wife, of 39 years, Kathleen. Kathleen is David's assistant handling all computer and paperwork and also holds an Arkansas real estate license.
